Peter is chair of The Power Company Ltd, OtagoNet Governing Committee, Lakeland Network Ltd and a director of PowerNet Ltd. His comprehensive understanding of balance sheets, trading performance, risk and how strategy and strategy implementation is useful for the governance roles in this industry.

Carmen is a director on the board of The Power Company Ltd. Carmen brings over 30 years of experience in the New Zealand Energy sector across electricity, gas, emissions trading, risk management, emerging technology and the decarbonisation of energy.

James is a director on the board of The Power Company Ltd, and dchair of PowerNet, he has over 45 years’ experience in the development of large infrastructural projects.

Wayne is a director on the boards of The Power Company Ltd, PowerNet Ltd, Lakeland Network Ltd and a member of the OtagoNet Joint Venture governing committee. He has extensive industry knowledge through his experience leading an electricity network and related directorships.

Karen is a director on the boards of The Power Company Ltd and PowerNet Ltd, she is also a current director of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority. Karen has had 28 years’ experience in governance in the Electricity Industry and in 2014 was awarded the Queens Service Medal for her services to the Industry.

Murray is a director of The Power Company Ltd and PowerNet Ltd. Murray brings over 15 years’ experience from operating in senior management roles in the export orientated wood manufacturing industries in Southland. He has extensive commercial experience in international markets.
