OtagoNet Governing Committee

The Governing Committee oversees the OtagoNet Joint Venture and is made up of representatives from the network owners, The Power Company Ltd and Electricity Invercargill Ltd. The Committee’s role includes determining policy; approving the Strategic Plan, Business Plan and Asset Management Plan; monitoring performance, reporting to shareholders and ensuring that the network complies with relevant legislation.

Duncan is the chair of the boards of Lakeland Network Ltd and OtagoNet Joint Venture governing committee. He is a director on the boards of PowerNet Ltd, The Power Company Ltd and chair of the PowerNet Audit and Risk committee and director on the Southern Generation GP Ltd Board.

Doug Fraser
BSc (Chemistry)

Doug is a member of the OtagoNet Joint Venture governing committee, board director of Lakeland Network Ltd and PowerNet Ltd and is chair The Power Company Limited. Doug has a wealth of Governance, regional and industry experience and has contributed to the Groups strategic direction and growth.

Rob Jamieson
MEng (Electrical), MBA

Rob is a member of the OtagoNet Joint Venture governing committee, a director on the boards of Lakeland Network Ltd and chair of Electricity Invercargill Ltd, his experience covers electricity distribution and contracting as well as energy retailing and electricity generation.

Donald Nicolson

Don is a member of the OtagoNet Joint Venture  governing committee, a director on the boards of PowerNet Ltd, The Power Company Ltd and Lakeland Network Ltd.
