Electricity Invercargill Limited

The Electricity Invercargill Ltd Directors’ responsibilities are governed by the company’s constitution and the Companies Act 1993. The directors’ roles include determining policy, preparing a Statement of Intent, Business Plan and Asset Management Plan, monitoring PowerNet’s performance, reporting to the shareholder (Invercargill City Holdings Limited), publishing an Annual Report and ensuring PowerNet complies with relevant legislation.

Rob Jamieson
Chair

Rob is chair of Electricity Invercargill Ltd and a director on the board of Lakeland Network Ltd, he is also a member of the OtagoNet Joint Venture governing committee. Rob’s experience covers electricity distribution and contracting as well as energy retailing and electricity generation.

Emma is a director on the board of Electricity Invercargill Ltd, she brings expertise in the energy and telecommunication sectors and has held numerous community governance roles.

Paul Kiesanowski

Paul is a director on the boards of Electricity Invercargill Ltd and PowerNet Ltd, he brings strong financial management skills, risk management and assurance.
