Rachael was appointed General Manager Business Support and Improvement in 2019, after two years as PowerNet’s Business Improvement Manager. Her previous experience includes roles with Otago Power Services Limited and Deloitte.
Rachael brings a strong focus on strategy and business improvement, and is a collaborative leader who places emphasis on team dynamics and organisational culture. Rachael is passionate about waste reduction, and continuous process improvement. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accounting.
