Geoff Thorburn

Geoff joined PowerNet as General Manager Operations in August 2022. In this position, he leads the team responsible for delivering capital and field operations across PowerNet’s managed networks.

He brings over 20 years of extensive operational leadership and management experience in varied positions across the electricity sector. Geoff is a strong relationship builder and communicator. He is passionate about developing workforce capability and driving continuous improvement in safety, efficiency and reliability.

Geoff completed an Electrical apprenticeship and holds a Master of Business Administration (First Class Honours).
