Rangi has significant experience in health, safety and welfare and has previously held roles with the Southern District Health Board, the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority, Air New Zealand and Fonterra.

His ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across all levels of an organisation is values-driven, based on a strong belief in honesty, integrity, humility and respect for all cultures and ethnic groups. Rangi is a highly proficient health and safety practitioner with significant experience in health, safety, welfare, security and environment.
